I got this recipe from a food blogger in Sweden.  According to her it is a very popular baked goodie and somewhat similar to English Bakewell tart. It sounds yummy the way she describes it and it looks good too… I don’t know pero iba yung tsura nung finished product ko from her. Still, masarap daw… sabi ng asawa ko!

For my husband, Xbox 360 (as replacement for his ‘umusok’ na Xbox). First day pa lang of IT Show sya na talaga ang bumili.  I wonder kung pano nya nadala yun plus those freebies. Excited talaga!
