My Cheesecake
I simply love cheesecakes
, so yummy and fattening!
Everytime mag Starbucks kame ni Tots’ Oreo Cheesecake and water lang ang inoorder ko, sobrang sinful na pag nag frappuccino pa ako
. For me, mas masarap yung Cheesecake sa Starbucks sa atin kesa dito… yung dito kase medyo me sour taste sya unlike sa atin na tamang tama yung combination. What I like here in SG is yung Japanese Cheesecake, sarap. Imagine mamon na mas malambot pa and light, na parang it melts in your mouth (hindi po M&M’s ha
).
Na try ko na before mag bake ng Oreo Cheesecake nung nasa Park Avenue pa kame, hindi ko masyado gusto yung lasa because of the slight sour taste (pero pwede na pagtyagaan)
. Basta lately lang naisip ko mag-bake ulit ng cheesecake. I came across this recipe, mukhang masarap and wala syang sour cream kaya I tried. I used finely ground blanched almond instead of graham crackers as crust. Yung baking process pa is hot bath… I thougt ang kakalabasan nya is like Japanese Cheesecake pero hindi pala. Okey lang din, ang sarap (love your own)!
Nung natikman ko, sabi ko lasang New York Cheesecake… and then I found out na yung NY Cheesecake pala heavy cream ang ginagamit instead of sour cream (which I did). Kaya naman pala.
Maybe next time I’ll buy raspberry puree pang top sa cheesecake (gayahin ang NY Cheesecake sa Starbucks). ![]()
