G&W Architects recently finalized an agreement with Ascendas (Philippine) Corporation, a Singaporean investor company, who is the leading BPO space provider in Asia and the world, for their first tower in Bonifacio Global City. G&W won it thru competition. The Ascendas Fort Office Building Project will be a Grade “A” international standards commercial / office building, it will cater to top companies who want to locate headquarter offices in the Global City.

Splash & Vista Land unit in property venture PDF Print E-mail

ImageNewly listed Splash Corp. said Tuesday it is finalizing an agreement with Polar Mines Realty Ventures Inc., a subsidiary of Villar-led Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., for the joint development of its property located at the Ortigas business district.

The company declined to give details on the project pending the signing of the agreement. In a separate disclosure, Vista Land said the agreement on the joint venture would be signed within the week.

Once finalized, the project would mark Splash's first entry into the property development business.

ImageSM Prime Holdings, Inc. the mall development unit of Shoemart on Wednesday said it expanded its SM City Cebu with the opening of a new annex.  The new wing has a gross floor area (GFA) of 107,049 square meters, which will make SM City Cebu the largest mall in the Visayas and the fourth largest mall in the country.

“This attests to our optimism about Cebu’s bright future and its unquestionable role as the center for trade, business and tourism in the Visayas region. It enjoys many natural attractions ranging from its rich history, culture, excellent beaches and dive destinations. As such we honor the place with this significant expansion of SM City Cebu,” said Hans Sy, president of SM Prime Holdings Inc.

Vista Land eyes P1.8B in proceeds from new condo PDF Print E-mail

ImageVillar-led property developer Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. is eyeing to generate P1.8 billion from its fifth high-rise residential condominium project in Makati City, which will be undertaken by its subsidiary Crown Asia.

Called The Gallery, the 32-storey condominium will house 300 units priced from P2.3 million to P5 million each. It is located along Leviste Street in Salcedo Village.
